General Information |
This neighborhood has a mixture of home styles. The entrance has a brick sign surrounded by River Birch trees and small shrubs. The main road, Magnolia Drive, ends in a cul-de-sac and has traditional-style homes that are a combination of vinyl-siding and brick-veneer exteriors. There are not many mature trees in this section, however, there are a few Bradford Pear and Crape Myrtle trees scattered around the homes.
Once you get to Little Gem Circle, the house styles change slightly. Many of them have craftsman-bungalow influenced porch columns and trim work. Stone veneer is also used frequently along with brick-veneer or vinyl-siding here. There are some mature pine trees that add shade to the area as well.
Magnolia Ridge is located next to Summer Winds. Highway 11 is just around the corner and takes you to Winterville and Greenville.
